ith an award-winning track record in digital and traditional illustration and painting, Salvati marries art and technology with an imaginative diversity of technique and style in painterly, iconic, vintage, graphic, photo-compositional, anime, and animation imagery, as well as in lettering and logo design. He offers illustration, design, and art direction to ad agencies, design firms, movie studios, record companies, sports, wineries, and publishing companies. Clients include the Walt Disney Co., Warner Bros., Sony, Paramount, Fox, Turner Pictures, Radio City Entertainment, Mattel, Milton Bradley, Activision, Nortel, Hoffman-LaRoche, Abbott Labs, The Queen Mary, Gotcha, Kraft Foods, and Brown-Forman Co. He is featured in “200 Best Illustrators Worldwide” (2005). A Southern California native, he grew up surrounded by art and architects, and graduated from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, where he has taught since 1985. A family man, he enjoys surfing and is a passionate defender of the oceans.
